  2. Run hot bath water over the bag to release the herbs’ properties into the water, or boil a quart of water, remove from heat, add muslin bag, allow a few minutes to fully seep, then add to warm bath water.

  3. Soak for 20-30 minutes, enjoying the aroma and skin benefits.
